Ben

Ben was born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin where he lived until 2019 when he moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ben is our lead pastry chef, baking all of the delicate and delicious pastries we sell.

Riley

Riley grew up in Pine City, Minnesota where they spend their childhood. They eventually moved to Minneapolis in 2018 going to school at the Unniversity of Minnesota. riley is one of our baristas, ahving worked and even managed in a few coffee shops Riley is are most formiddable barista.

Nick

Nick was born in Colorado, although they moved around quite a bit as a kid. They would spend most of their childhood in Orange County, california and Delafield, Wisconsin. Nick is both a pastry chef as well as a barist, having years of experience doing both Nick can make a great scone and pull a great shot of espresso.
